Return policy

At True Designer Bag, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If a purchase does not meet your expectations, you may make use of our return policy.

Return period

You have the right to notify us that you wish to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Once you have notified us of the return, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and unworn;
Be in the same condition in which it was received;
Have any original labels attached;
Be returned in its original packaging;
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or the order confirmation.

As we specialise in luxury vintage designer bags, we reserve the right to inspect returned items carefully for signs of use, damage or alterations.

Requesting a return

To register a return or exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete our online withdrawal form.

Please include your order number. You are not required to give a reason for withdrawing. Once we have received your notification, you will receive further instructions for returning your order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns sent without prior notification.

Damage or incorrect delivery

Please check your order immediately after receipt.

Have you received a damaged item, is something missing or have you received the wrong item? Please contact us within 48 hours at info@truedesignerbag.com so that we can offer an appropriate solution.

Exceptions to returns

The following items are not eligible for return:

Personalised or specially made-to-order products;
Gift cards;
Items that have been used, worn or damaged after receipt;
Items from which labels or authenticity features have been removed.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer a direct exchange service.

Would you like to receive a different item? You can return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Right of withdrawal within the European Union

Within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, including any labels, accessories, authenticity documentation and original packaging.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you by email whether the return has been approved.

If approved, the purchase price will be refunded using the same payment method used to place the order. Refunds are generally processed within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take several days for the amount to appear in your account.
