Are signs of wear normal on vintage bags?
Yes. Vintage designer bags may show signs of wear, which often add to their character. Any signs of wear are always described in the product description and shown in the photos as clearly as possible.
What does the condition description mean?
We clearly state the condition of every bag. Our "Condition & Quality" page explains the different condition categories in detail.
Shipping & Delivery
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and clearly displayed at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Is express delivery available?

Can I return my order?
Yes. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are payable by the buyer.
What condition must a returned item be in?

How does the Dream Bag Service work?
You can tell us what you are looking for without obligation. We will contact you as soon as we find a suitable bag.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
When we find a bag that meets your wishes and you decide to purchase it through us, we ask for a deposit of 40% of the purchase price. This allows us to reserve the bag exclusively for you.
Can I cancel my search request?
Yes. A search request is non-binding until a suitable bag has been found and a deposit has been paid.
